    The Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) for the Government of Rajasthan is a comprehensive digital platform aimed at modernizing public financial management. This system integrates various financial functions such as budgeting, expenditure management, revenue collection, and accounting into a unified digital platform, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability in government financial operations.
    The IFMS facilitates various financial functions that include Budget Estimation and Preparation, Bill Preparation and submission, Digital signing, Scheme Management through SNA-SPARSH and SNA, Revenue Collection, Employee Management, Employee Payments, Vendor Payments, DBT, Pension Management, Electronic Payments through RBI’s e-Kuber Platform, Revenue Collection through Net Banking, Payment Gateways, Debit Cards, Credit Cards and UPI, Electronic Account Submission with Digital documents and Electronic Reconciliation.

    • Budget Management : End-to-end handling from estimation and allocation to distribution and printing.
    • Treasury Accounting & Authorization : Efficient tracking and approval of treasury transactions.
    • Revenue Management : Complete lifecycle management of receipts, reconciliation, and electronic payment modes.
    • Bill Preparation & Processing : Automation of bill generation and approval workflows.
    • Electronic Payments & Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) : Secure and real-time financial disbursements.
    • Civil Pension Management : Streamlined pension processing and disbursement.
    • Online Reconciliation of Accounts : Ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial records.
    • Stamps Inventory Management : Digital tracking and management of stamp stock.
    • Works Management : Covers administrative and financial approvals (A&F), Bill of Schedule Rates (BSR), Measurement Books (MB), Technical Sanctions (TS), and accounting.
