NIC is observing Vigilance Awareness Week, reaffirming its commitment to integrity, transparency, and good Governance. Shri Abhishek Singh, Addl. Secretary, MeitY & Director General, NIC, administered the Integrity Pledge to NIC officials across the Nation.
- As part of the Vigilance Awareness Week, an interactive session on the Right to Information (#RTI) was organized at the NIC Hqrs.
Shri Bhawani Shankar Kothari, Under Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, delivered an insightful address and shared valuable perspectives on the effective implementation and significance of the RTI Act.

- Vigilance Awareness Week 2025
An awareness session on PIDPI complaints was held at NIC HQ, addressed by Shri Anil Rastogi, Retd. Director, NIC. States and Districts joined via VC.
Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI) Resolution, 2004 empowers individuals to report corruption while protecting their identity — promoting transparency, accountability, and whistleblower protection.
- As a part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, an insightful and engaging session on the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 was delivered by Shri Anil Rastogi, Retd. Director, at NIC Hqrs.,
The session encouraged open discussions and reinforced the importance of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in public service.
- As part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, an interactive session on POSH Act was organized at NIC HQ.
The session aimed to spread awareness about creating a safe, respectful & inclusive workplace, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
