National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA), West Bengal
West Bengal Legislative Assembly has become the 33rd legislature in India to join the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) initiative. A Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, the Government of West Bengal, and the West Bengal Legislative Assembly for the implementation of NeVA. National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) is a Mission Mode Project of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs aimed at digitising and modernising the functioning of Legislatures across the country through a common digital platform, designed & developed by NIC.

माननीय केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री श्री जितिन प्रसाद ने पीलीभीत, उत्तर प्रदेश में 9 विकास परियोजनाओं का वर्चुअल लोकार्पण किया। इस अवसर पर एनआईसी पीलीभीत टीम ने जिला मुख्यालय और 9 सुदूर ग्रामीण स्थलों के बीच अत्याधुनिक टू-वे वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग लिंक स्थापित कर जनप्रतिनिधियों और नागरिकों को एक मंच पर जोड़ा।
MAHA-AI (Maharashtra Hub for Advanced Artificial Intelligence)
Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra launched MAHA-AI (Maharashtra Hub for Advanced Artificial Intelligence), a pioneering sovereign AI initiative developed by NIC Maharashtra. Deployed on state’s on-premises infrastructure and built for data confidentiality & security, MAHA-AI is set to transform governance with AI-powered drafting, intelligent document insights, multilingual support, and smarter welfare delivery. Hon’ble CM highly appreciated NIC Maharashtra for taking this first-of-its-kind initiative and developing MAHA-AI, which will serve as a unified, high-performance AI platform across all State Departments in Maharashtra.
वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से बिहार के 94 लाख से अधिक पेंशनधारियों को DBT द्वारा ₹1100 करोड़ की सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन राशि हस्तांतरित।
बिहार के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री सम्राट चौधरी ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से राज्य के 94 लाख से अधिक सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशनधारियों के खातों में ₹1100 प्रति माह की दर से लगभग ₹1100 करोड़ की राशि हस्तांतरित की। सामाजिक सुरक्षा के प्रति सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता को मजबूत करते हुए यह राशि डायरेक्ट बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर (DBT) के माध्यम से सीधे लाभार्थियों के बैंक खातों में भेजी गई, जिससे पारदर्शिता, सुगमता और समयबद्ध भुगतान सुनिश्चित हुआ।
Launch of One-Time Settlement (OTS), Meghalaya
Hon’ble Deputy CM of Meghalaya, Shri Sniawbhalang Dhar, launched the One-Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme to help commercial vehicle owners clear long-pending transport dues with major tax & penalty waivers. Implemented by NIC Meghalaya with the Vahan team, the scheme offers up to 80% waiver on outstanding dues and up to 90% waiver on fitness penalties. Payments can be made via the Vahan platform at DTOs or online.
Launch of Integrated “Job Portal Ladakh”
Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena, launched the Integrated ‘Job Portal Ladakh’, a comprehensive single-window digital platform aimed at facilitating employment opportunities for the youth of the region. Designed & developed by NIC Ladakh, the portal serves as a bridge between job seekers and employers, promoting transparent, accessible, and efficient recruitment across sectors.
Department of Financial Services (DFS)
The Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance, GoI, marked a significant milestone with the launch of its revamped official website https://financialservices.gov.in. The website was launched by Shri M. Nagaraju, IAS, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, during the Review Meeting of Public Sector Banks at Vigyan Bhawan, in the presence of senior officials from the Department, Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, and other stakeholders. The newly launched portal has been developed by NIC in accordance with GIGW 3.0 & DBIM 3.0 standards and hosted on MeghRaj 2.0 Cloud. Integrated with BHASHINI, the portal provides multilingual support across 23 Indian languages and delivers an enhanced user experience, ensuring greater accessibility & inclusivity.

Director General, NIC, Shri Priyank Bharti, in the presence of Secretary, IT & Electronics Department, West Bengal, Shri Subhajan Das, inaugurated the newly established NIC West Bengal facility at Mayukh Bhaban, Kolkata. The new facility established by the Govt of West Bengal will further strengthen digital governance initiatives and enhance citizen-centric service delivery across the state.
NIC has been honoured with the “Best Resource Managed Account Award”
NIC has been honoured with the ‘Best Resource Managed Account Award’ for successfully deploying Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) in BGP routing of Internet traffic, and ‘Internet Service Provider Award’ for providing the highest Content Delivery Network (CDN) traffic to NIXI. These recognitions reflect NIC’s continued commitment towards building a secure, resilient, and trusted digital infrastructure.
NIXI’s 23rd Foundation Day
On the occasion of NIXI’s 23rd Foundation Day, NIC has been honored with the “Registrar of the Year – Highest DNSSEC” Award, recognizing its commitment to strengthening DNS security and a secure digital ecosystem.
बिहार में गन्ना नर्सरी योजना का शुभारंभ
माननीय गन्ना उद्योग मंत्री श्री संजय कुमार ने गन्ना उद्योग विभाग की “गन्ना नर्सरी योजना” तथा योजना के अंतर्गत किसानों से ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्राप्त करने तथा संपूर्ण कार्यप्रवाह के डिजिटल प्रबंधन हेतु एनआईसी द्वारा विकसित ऑनलाइन पोर्टल का शुभारंभ किया। किसान इस योजना का लाभ लेने हेतु https://ccs.bihar.gov.in पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Hon’ble Agriculture Minister of Chhattisgarh, Shri Ramvichar Netam, launched the AI-enabled dynamic web portal (https://mguvv.ac.in/) of Mahatma Gandhi Udyanikee Evam Vanikee Vishwavidyalaya (MGUVV), Durg. Developed by NIC, the new portal provides 24×7 access to academic services, multilingual support, faculty profiles and program information all through one integrated digital platform.
ई-नगरसेवा मोबाइल ऐप
माननीय कैबिनेट मंत्री, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार श्री अरविन्द कुमार शर्मा ने नगर विकास विभाग की ‘ई-नगरसेवा मोबाइल ऐप’का शुभारंभ किया। एनआईसी द्वारा विकसित डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर आधारित यह उपयोगकर्ता-अनुकूल ऐप नागरिकों को कहीं भी, कभी भी विभिन्न सेवाओं का लाभ प्रदान करेगी।
