माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मु ने राष्ट्रपति भवन में कई नई पहलों का शुभारंभ किया।
भारत की माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मु ने अपने कार्यकाल के चार वर्ष पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर राष्ट्रपति भवन में कई नई पहलों का शुभारंभ किया। इनमें एनआईसी द्वारा विकसित ई-ऑडियो गाइड का लोकार्पण तथा ई-उपहार पोर्टल पर राष्ट्रपति को प्राप्त उपहारों की नीलामी के तीसरे संस्करण का शुभारंभ शामिल है। आगंतुकों के अनुभव को और बेहतर बनाने के लिए राष्ट्रपति भवन का ई-ऑडियो गाइड शुरू किया गया। ऐप-आधारित यह ई-ऑडियो गाइड हिंदी, अंग्रेज़ी और 14 अन्य भारतीय भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होगा। इसका सांकेतिक भाषा (साइन लैंग्वेज) मॉड्यूल भी आगंतुकों के लिए उपलब्ध होगा। ई-उपहार के तीसरे संस्करण में राष्ट्रपति को प्राप्त 300 चयनित उपहारों को सार्वजनिक नीलामी के लिए रखा गया है। यह नीलामी 5 अगस्त से 5 सितंबर, 2026 तक upahaar.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in पर खुली रहेगी।

Hon’ble Vice President of India launched a suite of transformative digital initiatives to strengthen India’s MSME ecosystem, including SAMADHAAN 2.0, MSME Testing Portals, MSME Idea Hackathon 6.0, multilingual translation on all MSME Portals, and a DBIM-compliant website of the MSME Ministry with OCR-based multilingual translation facility.

माननीय विधि और न्याय राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) श्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने विधायी विभाग के विधि साहित्य प्रकाशन की वेबसाइट ई-वीएसपी (www.vsp.gov.in) का शुभारंभ किया। एनआईसी द्वारा विकसित यह वेबसाइट न्यायाधीशों, वकीलों, शिक्षकों, विद्यार्थियों तथा विश्वभर के नागरिकों के लिए सर्वोच्च न्यायालय एवं उच्च न्यायालयों के निर्णय, विधि पत्रिकाएँ, संदर्भ पुस्तकें तथा अन्य विधिक संसाधन हिंदी में ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध कराती है।

पंचायती राज मंत्रालय के लिए एनआईसी द्वारा विकसित यह एकीकृत एवं विन्यास योग्य राष्ट्रीय मंच ग्राम पंचायतों को करदाता पंजीकरण, मांग सृजन, ऑनलाइन भुगतान, राजस्व संग्रह तथा वास्तविक समय की निगरानी सहित स्वयं के स्रोतों से प्राप्त राजस्व (OSR) के संपूर्ण जीवनचक्र का डिजिटल प्रबंधन करने में सक्षम बनाता है।

Rekha Gupta, launched the Delhi EVSubsidy Portal, enabling citizens to access benefits under Delhi’s new EVPolicy through a simple, transparent, and fully digital platform. Citizens can now apply for EV subsidies and incentives online, track applications in real time, and receive approved benefits directly into their bank accounts.

मध्य प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने पंचायत स्तर पर पारदर्शी, सरल एवं प्रभावी ऑनलाइन ऑडिट व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने हेतु DRASHTI (Digital Remote Auditing System for Transparency & Insights) पोर्टल का शुभारंभ किया। एनआईसी द्वारा विकसित यह डिजिटल समाधान पंचायत संस्थाओं के ऑडिट को अधिक पारदर्शी, सुगम और दक्ष बनाता है। इसके माध्यम से ऑडिटर अपने घर या कार्यालय से ही किसी भी पंचायत के आय-व्यय अभिलेखों का ऑनलाइन परीक्षण एवं सत्यापन कर सकते हैं, जिससे समय की बचत के साथ पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को भी बढ़ावा मिलता है।
Pilot Implementation of MeeBhoomi Blockchain Project in Andhra Pradesh.
Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu launched the Pilot Implementation of the MeeBhoomi Blockchain Project, aimed at modernising the state’s land records management system through blockchain technology. This is an application developed by NIC Andhra Pradesh in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence in Blockchain Technology, NIC Bengaluru, this project integrates the Survey, Revenue and Registration Departments activities to establish a Single Source of Truth for Land Records.1,37,763 LPMs from 89 villages from 7 districts have taken as pilot.

बिहार में जन शिकायत निवारण को मिली नई गति! माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री सम्राट चौधरी ने ‘राज्यस्तरीय सहयोग कार्यक्रम’ का शुभारंभ किया। यह पहल नागरिकों की शिकायतों के प्रभावी एवं पारदर्शी निवारण तथा जनसेवा वितरण को अधिक सुलभ, पारदर्शी एवं उत्तरदायी बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। इस पहल के लिए आवश्यक सॉफ्टवेयर समाधान का विकास एनआईसी, बिहार द्वारा किया गया है, जिसके माध्यम से ऐसे आवेदक, जो जिला स्तर पर अपनी शिकायत के निवारण से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं, अब राज्य स्तर पर पुनः आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे।

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, launched the “Anywhere Registration within the District” facility under the National Generic Document Registration System (NGDRS).Developed & implemented by NIC in coordination with the Goa Registration Dept., this citizen-centric initiative enables document registration at any Sub-Registrar Office within the district, reducing dependency on a single office, enhancing coordination among registration offices, and improving the efficiency of service delivery.

A major milestone in Digital Governance in Telangana! The Government of Telangana has launched the e-Cabinet system, enabling a fully paperless Cabinet process. Championed by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy, the initiative replaces printed files with secure, specially configured tablets for seamless access to Cabinet agendas, notes, and official documents, making governance faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Launch of Employee Welfare Management System (EWMS) web application in Andhra Pradesh.
Hon’ble Minister for Labour, Factories & Insurance Medical Services Department, Govt of Andhra Pradesh, Sri Vasamsetti Subhash Garu, launched the Employee Welfare Management System (EWMS) web application of the Andhra Pradesh Labour Welfare Board. Developed by NIC, Andhra Pradesh State Centre, the bilingual (English & Telugu) EWMS Portal is a single-window digital platform enabling labourers to apply online for welfare schemes and payment of fund contributions by the employer. It also simplifies employee data management, streamlines monitoring, fund reconciliation, and welfare scheme processing by the Board.
Jagrit Jorhat Portal
Jagrit Jorhat Portal: Connecting Citizens with the Jorhat District Administration, Assam. The Jagrit Jorhat Portal empowers citizens of Jorhat District to submit suggestions, feedback, applications, and grievances online – anytime, from anywhere, without visiting the Office of the District Commissioner.
The portal was launched by Hon’ble MLA Shri Rupjyoti Kurmi in the presence of Hon’ble MP Shri K.P. Tassa, District Commissioner Shri Jay Shivani, IAS, and other senior Government officials. Designed & developed by NIC, the portal provides real-time status updates via SMS and email, ensuring transparency and keeping citizens informed at every stage of their request.

NIC showcased its NextGen eHospital at the launch of the ABDM Model District & Facilities Initiative in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. NHA delegation & DC visited NIC stall to explore the solution’s key features and discussed its wider adoption for digitally empowered healthcare.
Launch of e-Forensic 2.0, at Forensic Science Laboratory, Lucknow.
A major step towards digital forensic case management! e-Forensic 2.0, developed by NIC under the ICJS 2.0 project of the Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI, was launched at the Forensic Science Laboratory, Lucknow, by Prof. (Dr.) Adarsh Kumar, Director, FSL. Integrated with the CCTNS application of Uttar Pradesh Police, the workflow-based system enables faster, transparent, and efficient forensic case processing. Following its launch, e-Forensic 2.0 will be rolled out across all forensic laboratories in Uttar Pradesh.
