    NIC Telangana State Centre, started its activities at Hyderabad in 2014 due to the reorganization of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and provides a wide range of computerization activities to State/Central Government Departments, Public Sector Enterprises and other Autonomous organizations. The services include system study, design, development, testing in collaboration with user departments, training to departmental persons, implementation, software maintenance and hand-holding support.

    The NIC TELANGANA State Centre is located at Block A, BRKR Bhavan, a 9 Storied building of NIC. The building also houses the National Data Centre and the NKN Centre providing High speed Network connections to various R&D and National Importance organizations across the state.

    NATIONAL DATA CENTRE, HYDERABAD

    ISO 27001:2022 Certified DATA Centre with a capacity of 220 racks which houses 481 servers providing 4000+ VMs & 16PB of storage with 10Gbps network connectivity providing support to various hosted projects and applications throughout the country.

    NIC DISTRICT CENTRES

    NIC District Offices are located in Adilabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Hyderabad, Jagtial, Jangaon, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Jogulamba Gadwal, Kamareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Kumuram Bheem, Mahabubabad, Mahabubnagar, Mancherial, Medak, Medchal, Mulugu, Nagarkurnool, Nalgonda, Narayanpet, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, Rajanna Sircilla, Rangareddy, Sangareddy, Siddipet, Suryapet, Vikarabad, Wanaparthy, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri.

    NIC Officers are posted at Adilabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Medak, Mahbubnagar, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Ranga Reddy & Hanumakonda. The officers and staff posted at the District centres provide round-the-clock support to the District Administration.

    Implementation of National and State-Level e-Governance Projects

    NIC Telangana has been pioneering in providing ICT support to various state government departments of Telangana and also to various PSUs located in the state. Some of the exemplary projects that are being handled by NIC Telangana are as follows:

    • EDUCATION SECTOR: NIC Telangana has been providing services to the State Technical Education Department and also for Management courses. TGPOLYCET, TGEAPCET, TGECET, TGEAPCET (BiPC) and TGICET are major Common Entrance Tests (CET) being conducted for the Academic Year 2024-25 in Telangana State. About 4 lakh students participated in the eCounseling process and secured admission into various professional courses like Engineering, Pharmacy, Management and Polytechnic.       NIC has also been providing solutions and managing the end-to-end process for SBTET Polytechnic courses in Telangana.
    • Mines and Geology Department: A large-scale project generating revenue of ~850 Cr to the state Government. NIC Telangana is providing end-to-end support and manages this portal. https://mines.telangana.gov.in
    • Civil Supplies Department: NIC Telangana has been providing services like SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (https://scm.telangana.gov.in) wherein management & movement of commodities from 17024 fair price shops are monitored. NIC TG has also providing a complete solution for FP SHOP AUTOMATION ePOS (https://epos.telangana.gov.in) where the distribution of commodities to 90 Lakh families / 2.8 Cr beneficiaries are managed seamlessly. Also supports ONE NATION ONE CARD Initiative of the Govt. of India.
    • Rural Water Supply & Sanitation: Watersoft is a web-based MIS on workflow automation of the Department of Mission Bhagiratha, Govt. of Telangana. This application monitors safe drinking water facilities in the rural sector and also integrates 138 Rural Water Supply Offices across the state https://rwss.telangana.gov.in
    • Labour Department: A Web-Portal for Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (TBOCWWB), including Registration and Renewal of Construction Workers involved in any of the construction activities and many other salient features. https://tbocwwb.telangana.gov.in & https://tbocwwb.telangana.gov.in
    • Municipal Administration and Panchayat Raj: A web-based application developed for the department of Municipal Administration and Panchayat Raj. Births & Deaths Registration System for Computerization of Civil Registrations in Rural Local Bodies & Urban Local Bodies of Telangana State.
      Online Reporting Unit Interface for Hospitals to minimize the delay. Services need to be up 24X7,
      Services being in the public domain. Instant Birth and Death Certificates are issued if reported at Hospitals https://ubd.telangana.gov.in
    • Judiciary Sector: NIC TG has been developing and managing various applications for the HIGH Court of Telangana. Many Applications like Web Portal for the High Court of Telangana, AI Services – Shruthi, Panini and Saaransh, Online Payment for Court fee, Visitors ePass Application, RTI application for the High Court of Telangana, Case Information System, eHCR, Digi HCR & Web Services are being offered including a bouquet of intranet applications.https://tshc.gov.in
    • Property Registration Sector:https://registration.telangana.gov.in designed, developed and managed by NIC TG has been providing extensive services for non-agriculture property registration including which comprises of 36 modules like eSTAMPS payment Module, Issue of Certified Copy through SRO office and Meeseva, Builder Registration Module, Slot booking for Citizens with Pre-Registration, Prohibition Property Module, Auto Mutation process integrated with ULBs etc.
    • Grievance Redressal: PRAJAVANI-CPGRAMS ensures online availability of the grievance system to the citizens of Telangana, thereby providing the facilities to lodge the grievances, find the status, send reminders, etc., irrespective of their geographical location http://cpgrams.ts.nic.in
    • Health Sector: NURSES REGISTRATION AND TRACKING SYSTEM is a national project by NIC TG to create and maintain a live register of all nurses in India. It provides a national, unique identity number (NUID) and a standardized, Aadhar-linked system for nurse registration and data collection. Key functions include facilitating nurse enrolment, tracking their professional details, ensuring license renewal through continuing education requirements, and providing policymakers with effective manpower planning data.https://nrts.indiannursingcouncil.gov.in
    • Jeevandan: NIC TG has developed and maintains the Cadaver Organ Transplantation programme called the Jeevandan programme for the Health Department of Telangana. This portal provides the Registration process of Hospitals, Donors, Recipients, the Allocation process of organs, medical follow-up up and Re-transplantation done through the system.https://jeevandan.gov.in
    • Agriculture sector: The Government of Telangana launched the Rythu Bharosa Scheme to provide comprehensive support to the agricultural community, ensuring farmers receive timely financial assistance for their needs. NIC TG has provided an application https://rythubharosa.telangana.gov.in/ for providing an end-to-end process for providing support for the Agriculture Dept. of Telangana.
    • Financial Sector: NIC TG has developed and also provided the same solution to many other states E-SFC-ENTERPRISE LEVEL DIGITAL SOLUTION FOR STATE FINANCIAL CORPORATION’S. https://esfc.telangana.gov.in which has modules for Capturing and maintenance of Customer Details for loan application, sanction, Legal, Disbursement and recovery levels. Maintenance of HR, Employee Pay and Allowances Details etc.
    • Implementation of Central projects: eTransport MMP, eOffice, eProcurement, iRAD/eDAR, ICJS, IVFRT, Smart PDS, eMail, Collabfiles, PDF Tools etc.
      Other than the above sectors, NIC TG provides G2G & G2C applications for many other state and central departments across the state.
