NIC is in the process of finalizing the RFPs for augmenting Cyber Security of the Organization. Towards this objective, draft RFPs have been prepared and these RFPs are expected to be finalized in the next few weeks and will be uploaded on GeM Portal for eligible bidders to take part. In the interest of transparency and ensuring that bidders get sufficient time to respond to the bids when the same is floated on the GeM Portal, the draft RFPs are being published here for interested bidders to go through and share their inputs / suggestions, if any. Inputs / suggestions can be shared at oo-ddgvtv[at]nic[dot]in. NIC reserves the right to amend any or all provisions of the draft RFPs as also to withdraw the draft RFPs, if needed. RFP-1: Selection of MSP for Supply, Operations and Management of ZTNA Solution
National Informatics Centre is operating many critical applications and services. ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) tools including central servers, client software for accessing from end user devices. These devices shall connect over internet to access applications/infrastructure functioning over private network using Desktops, Laptops, Mobile/portable devices operating in Windows, iOS/iMAC and Android operating environments. Proposed solution is expected to work in on-premises mode with telemetry and relevant communication, logs and management within the NIC network. Proposed solution shall be in Managed service mode i.e., supply of hardware, licenses and operation & maintenance for initial period of 3 years.

Proposed RFP is for identification of an agency as managed service provider for providing suitable endpoint security solution tools such as EDR and UEM at on-premises location in DC DR mode for supply of required hardware, licenses and operation & maintenance for initial period of 3 years.
