    • Hon’ble Governor of Manipur inaugurated eGazette Manipur Portal — an integrated digital platform for creation, ePublishing, and archiving of official Government Gazettes, at Raj Bhavan, Imphal. Developed by NIC for the Directorate of Printing & Stationery, eGazette Manipur is a secure and streamlined digital workspace designed to handle the complete gazette lifecycle — from departmental requests and drafting to final online publication.

    • Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, inaugurated National eVidhan Application (NeVA) at the Delhi Legislative Assembly, in the presence of Hon’ble Speaker, Delhi Legislative Assembly, Shri Vijender Gupta, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt.     • Empowering Uttarakhand through Digital Transformation!

      Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, launched various ICT-enabled services in the State.
      🔸Digital Uttarakhand App, developed by NIC, Uttarakhand,
      🔸66 Departmental websites based on the S3waaS (Secure, Scalable, and Sugamaya website as a service) platform
      🔸GIS-based web application for real-time tracking of garbage collection vehicles in urban areas

      These citizen-centric services mark a significant step towards digital governance, transparency, and efficient service delivery.

    • Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat has launched the “Gamtal” Conversion Service to help homeless citizens in villages get a plot more easily. The service is available on the iORA (Integrated Online Revenue Application) portal, developed by NIC, Gujarat State Centre.

      It will help the Revenue and Panchayat Departments speed up plot allotment, enabling officials such as District Collectors, District Development Officers, Sub-Divisional Magistrates, Mamlatdars, and Taluka Development Officers to process applications quickly and transparently.

    • Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma, launched the Digital Arms License Portal integrated with the Sewa Setu platform.

      The online service enables indigenous citizens, particularly those residing in vulnerable and remote areas, to apply for arms licenses in a simple, transparent, and secure manner.

      Accessible at https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in , the portal streamlines the application process while ensuring a robust verification system so that only eligible applicants are granted licenses.

    • Great News for Pensioners of Bihar!

      Hon’ble Chief Minister of the State transferred ₹1,247.34 crore via Direct Benefit Transfer to 1.12+ crore pensioners under the Social Security Pension Scheme.

      The pension of ₹1,100 for the month of July was credited directly to their bank accounts using the e-Labharthi portal https://elabharthi.bihar.gov.in,developed by NIC, Bihar.

    • Relief for Flood-Affected Families in Bihar!

      Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Nitish Kumar, has transferred a total of ₹456.12 crore through DBT to the bank accounts of 6,51,602 families affected by the 2025 floods. This transfer was successfully executed through the “Aapda Sampoorti Portal” https://aapda.bihar.gov.in , developed by NIC for the Government of Bihar.

    • E-Bhu Adhikar: Empowering Land Ownership Reforms in Maharashtra!

      Hon’ble Cabinet Minister for Water Resources and Disaster Management, Maharashtra, Shri Girish Mahajan, inaugurated the ‘E-Bhu Adhikar’ service powered by NIC’s ServicePlus Framework, at the Jalgaon Collectorate.

      This initiative aims to address long-standing challenges in the mutation of land ownership from Class-II to Class-I. This is a vital reform that will empower farmers and landholders, improve transparency, and streamline land administration processes.

    • A key step toward modernising employment services in Kerala!

      Hon’ble Minister for General Education and Labour, Govt of Kerala, Shri V Sivankutty, launched the “Private Employment Portal” in Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram.

      The portal (www.privatejobs.employment.kerala.gov.in), developed by NIC, aims to bridge the gap between private employers and job seekers across Kerala, thereby ensuring greater employment opportunities.

    • Online Building Permission System (OBPS) – Simplifying building permits while reducing delays & paperwork!

      Shri Balo Raja, Hon’ble Minister of Urban Affairs, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, launched the Online Building Permission System in the presence of dignitaries.

      OBPS simplifies and streamlines the process of obtaining building permits across the State, offering Citizens a faster, transparent and hassle-free experience. The system is also integrated with eGRAS (electronic Govt. Receipt Accounting System) for seamless online fee payments.

    • Hon’ble Minister for Forest, Environment, and Endowments, Govt of Telangana, Smt. Konda Surekha launched the eOffice system at the Telangana Secretariat for the Endowments Department. This initiative aims to streamline internal operations, enhance transparency, and improve overall efficiency within the Department.

    • Online Building Permission System (OBPS) for the Government of Meghalaya was launched by Shri Donald P. Wahlang, IAS, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Meghalaya, in the presence of Shri P.K. Boro, MCS, Director of Urban Affairs, Meghalaya, and other dignitaries.

      The OBPS will enable faster approvals, greater transparency, anytime–anywhere applications, and reduced paperwork — a major step toward efficient, citizen-centric urban governance. It also has an in-built scrutiny engine that can scrutinize building plan drawings and validate them against the building bye-laws.

    • Lakshadweep Launches MyGov Portal to Boost Citizen Participation in Policy Making!

      Dr. S. B. Deepak Kumar, IAS, Advisor to the Administrator, launched the MyGov platform – enabling citizens to share views, ideas, participate in polls/ discussions & engage directly with Government.

      This initiative of Lakshadweep IT Department is led by Shri Rahul Singh, IAS, Secretary (IT), and Shri Aditya Bhatt, DANICS, Director (IT), with technical support from NIC Lakshadweep, and the MyGov team, Delhi.

    • Bihar Police embraces new technology to speed up case trials!

      Trial Monitoring System (TMS) http://tms.bihar.gov.in was inaugurated by Shri Vinay Kumar, IPS & DGP, Bihar Police at Sardar Patel Bhawan, Patna.

      This web-based platform is designed to track and expedite the progress of under-trial cases, with a special focus on cases under the Arms Act. The system will enhance transparency, strengthen monitoring across court complexes, and support timely justice.
