Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, inaugurated the multilingual versions of the official websites of Rashtrapati Bhavan and the second edition of the E-Upahaar portal, at an event marking the 3rd anniversary of her presidency.
Developed by NIC, the multilingual websites — www.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in and www.presidentofindia.gov.in — are now available in 22 Indian languages. The E-Upahaar portal (https://upahaar.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in) has also been upgraded. These digital platforms enhance accessibility and offer a glimpse into India’s rich cultural heritage through digital souvenirs.

Virtual Launch of SMART PDS – Ration Card Management System (RCMS) in the UT of Lakshadweep!
Shri K. BuzarJamhar, DANICS, Director of Food & Civil Supplies, UT of Lakshadweep, virtually launched the SMART PDS–RCMS at the Secretariat, Kavaratti.
The implementation of SMART PDS–RCMS marks a significant step towards modernizing the ration card management process and ensuring seamless access to essential commodities for beneficiaries across the islands.
With technical support from NIC HQ, NIC Lakshadweep organized a comprehensive training session for Taluk Food Supply Officers, Ration Card dealers, and Godown Keepers across the Island. Over 60 officials participated, including representatives from all island DFSO offices.

Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry launched the Integrated Beneficiary Management MIS Portal for various welfare Departments in the UT — Directorate of Social Welfare, Directorate of Women & Child Development, Adi Dravidar Welfare, and the Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department — during the BHASHINI Rajyam Workshop held in Puducherry.
Developed by NIC, the MIS portal facilitates online applications and approvals, beneficiary management, and automated MIS reports. This digital initiative aims to reduce manual intervention and improve service delivery for the citizens of Puducherry.

e-Sanad Portal has been launched in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
e-Sanad is a digital platform of the Ministry of External Affairs, developed by NIC, to facilitate secure, paperless, and contactless attestation and apostille of documents.

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, launched the pilot of “My Deed” module of the National Generic Document Registration System (NGDRS) in 10 Districts of the State. Hon’ble CM also launched the new simplified Jamabandi format, and Roznamcha Karguzari & Waqiyati to digitize Patwari activities.
Developed by NIC, these digital initiatives simplify land records management, empower citizens, and streamline the activities undertaken by the Village Revenue Officer/Patwari.

Hon’ble Governor of Manipur, launched multiple digital services for the Transport Department of Manipur. Cashless Payment System through PoS Devices for Vahan services was introduced, alongside the rollout of Electronic Driving Licenses (eDL) & Registration Certificates (eRC).
Cashless payment through POS will streamline the fee collection and improve transparency and convenience for Citizens availing services at RTOs while eDL/eRC initiatives will eliminate the need to carry physical cards and offer quick access to the documents through smartphones.

Hon’ble Minister for Cooperation, Govt of Goa, Shri Subhash Shirodkar, inaugurated the e-Cooperative Management Services for the Cooperation Department — ChatBot, Online Schemes, and Online Payment for Cooperative Societies in the State.
The e-Cooperative Management System developed by NIC offers online services for Registration, Returns Filing, Audit Filing & Loan Details Submission. It features unit-based monitoring, establishment tracking, document management, reports, and dashboards for efficient administration.

Dr. Joram Beda, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Meghalaya, launched MedLeaPR (Medico Legal Examination and Post-mortem Reporting) web portal in the State.
Developed by NIC Haryana, MedLeaPR offers a streamlined and secure solution for medico-legal reporting, enabling seamless coordination between medical professionals and investigative authorities.

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Puducherry, Shri. N. Rangasamy launched the ‘Puducherry One Time Regularisation Scheme for Unpermitted Constructions and Deviations 2025’, marking a significant step in promoting transparency, accountability, and ease of governance in urban development.
This scheme is powered by the Online Building Permission System, with technical support from NIC Puducherry, aligning with the UT’s vision of a digitally empowered administration. The launch event was graced by the Hon’ble Speaker Shri R. Selvam, Shri R. Kesavan, IAS, Secretary (TCPD), and Shri Mahesh M Halyal, SIO, NIC Puducherry.

Hon’ble Lt. Governor of J&K, Shri Manoj Sinha, launched Web Portal for Terror-Affected Victims.
The portal ‘Relief and Compassionate Appointment Details for Terror-Affected Victims’, aims to streamline and speed up providing relief, compassionate appointments, and other forms of assistance to individuals affected by terrorism in the Union Territory.
Developed by NIC in collaboration with the Home Department of J&K, the portal will serve as a centralized platform to capture and maintain comprehensive district-wise data on families impacted by terrorism.
During the launch event at Raj Bhawan, Srinagar, Shri J.S. Modi, SIO, NIC J&K, delivered an engaging and informative presentation on the features and workflow of the portal.

NextGen eHospital’s HIMS aims to provide paperless and tech-enabled health care services, ensuring the establishment of a fully digital and integrated healthcare ecosystem.
- Shri Ragul K, IAS, Regional Director, SSCSR, launched the new website of the Staff Selection Commission, Southern Region–https://sscsr.gov.in. Developed by NIC, the website serves as a comprehensive digital platform to facilitate exam updates, admit cards & notifications, etc.

District Administration of Jamtara, in collaboration with NIC, Jamtara and C-DAC, Patna, inaugurated Cyber Security Clubs in 72 High Schools of the District. The initiative was taken to promote digital literacy, cyber awareness, and safe internet practices.
A two-day intensive training program was also conducted by C-DAC, Patna, and NIC, Jamtara, for the appointed Nodal Officers to equip them with necessary skills to aware the Citizens.
- Shri Atul Tayeng, Deputy Commissioner, Basar, Lepa Rada District, Arunachal Pradesh, inaugurated a new NIC Video Conferencing Studio at the DC Office. The facility will strengthen administrative coordination & enhance digital connectivity with the State and Centre, improving efficiency in Governance.

Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Transport Minister of Rajasthan, Dr. Prem Chand Bairwa, inaugurated three transformative digital initiatives developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) for the Transport and Road Safety Department. These include the Vehicle Location Tracking System (VLTS), E-Detection Application, and Hypothecation Removal Module.
These projects mark a significant step towards strengthening digital governance, improving citizen services, and enhancing road safety in Rajasthan, in line with the vision of Digital India.
